I found the staff to be so helpful and friendly. They really went the extra mile! the room was clean and quite spacious. the hotel's location made it easy to walk to the city centre. I liked having easy access to everything.
the bathroom could use a little updating, i noticed some minor wear and tear. it was still functional, but a refresh would really elevate the experience.

this place is amazing. the staff are all wonderfully eccentric! it's top QUALITY. the breakfast selection had many options. i appreciated fresh fruit, served separately in bowls. the location is great and so close to the train station.
the shower had only luke WARM water. hot water for a bath wasn't available. that was disappointing.

My stay proved satisfactory, it was close to the station. The breakfast room had views of the garden and the river. It included items, such as poached eggs with soft yolks, sausage, beans, toast, cereal and fruit. The staff displayed themselves as polite and friendly.
